The 208L oil additive steel drum filling machine is a high-precision, automated solution designed for efficient and accurate filling of oil additives into standard 208-liter steel drums. It features advanced flow control technology to ensure consistent fill volumes, minimizes spillage, and supports seamless integration with production lines. This robust machine enhances productivity while maintaining strict safety and quality standards in industrial lubricant and additive packaging operations.
Features :
1. The machine adopts three-step filling, fast filling, slow filling and then precision filling;
2. Parts in contact with materials: sus316, other parts are sus304;
3. Rolling conveyor material: stainless steel;
4. Vacuum suction system to ensure high filling accuracy and no dripping;
5. Net weight and gross weight filling can be achieved; according to customer requirements;
6. AIRTAC pneumatic + Siemens PLC;
7. Toledo weighing instrument and tracer.
Working process:
1. The operator places the drum on the filler;
2. The operator aligns the nozzle to the drum;
3. The operator presses the button of " filling orientation" at first, then presses the button of "start filling", filling nozzles lowing down,start filling automatically;
4. When it comes to the weight set, automatically stops filling and nozzle out of the drum;
5. The operator push out the drum.
